April Showers – Minnesota Style

Yesterday and today it snowed. Blizzard, actually. Spring hasn’t really started yet here, but as always I am patient.

It was up to my knees. The air was moist and almost smelled like a spring thunderstorm…almost.

I became a little lonesome for those first plants to awaken from their winter hibernation, so I started to plan my garden and organize some seeds I collected last fall.

I reminded myself: Soon enough these amazing packets of beauty, food, medicine, potential and courage

will be in full bloom!
